who we are

We are an NHS GP Practice

We are an NHS GP Practice first established in the 1950s. We combine all the services you would expect from a traditional GP Practice with the ease and convenience of digital care.

We provide care for about 15,000 patients living across London of all age groups with a variety of health conditions. Some of our patients have multiple and complex health problems.

We welcome patients of all ages and genders regardless of how often you need to see us. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and received a rating of “Good” the last time we were inspected in 2018.

our STORY

A story that started years ago

The Practice was started by two GPs over 60 years ago – Dr Hynes and Dr Pearson. We now have over 30 clinicians working in a multi-disciplinary team including GPs, practice nurses, prescribing pharmacist, physiotherapists, dietitian, mental health specialist and a sexual health specialist nurse. In 2018 we developed a digital care platform and obtained NHS Approved Supplier status. Our first video consultation was done in December 2018 and now about 70% of consultations are done online.

our clinicians

A team of certified doctors

All our clinicians are registered with their appropriate professional body. For doctors this is the General Medical Council and for nurses it is the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

our practice Philosophy

What we believe

An important role of general practice is to provide fast diagnosis or reassurance to allay anxiety. Typically, our patients wait no longer than one day to be seen and many are seen on the same day.

  • A patient should see the “right clinician – first time”.
  • Shared decision making. We are all different with different preferences, concerns, and expectations. The treatment plan your clinician gives you will be personalised for you.
  • Self-management. We will support you with health information, access to your health records and advice on how to track your health and understand your condition and its effects on you and your daily life.
